GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

Provides technical leadership to the development tasks performed by resources to launch new programs, modify them, or integrate them according to business and technical requirements. Assumes a technical leadership role specialized in initiatives and projects for internal or external clients.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Leads the technical execution of internal and external platforms, applications, and customer portals, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, security standards, and organizational policies.
Executes project plans within defined timelines and quality parameters, ensuring successful delivery of final products that meet or exceed established performance standards.
Promotes and supports process integration and continuous improvement within the software development lifecycle (SDLC), encouraging adoption of best practices and agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
Translates and integrates functional requirements into technical solutions, leveraging programming expertise to design scalable and efficient applications aligned with user and business objectives.
Participates in the definition of requirements and the design of projects, assessing user needs to develop, modify, or integrate new programs and functionalities.
Serves as a subject matter expert in diagnosing and resolving system issues, providing technical guidance, recommending improvements, and collaborating across teams to ensure optimal system performance.
Oversees testing, implementation, and post-deployment monitoring of developed solutions to ensure functionality, quality, and alignment with user expectations.
Analyzes, documents, and consolidates information obtained from users, designing solutions that support digital transformation strategies and enhance operational efficiency.
Acts as a liaison between developers, managers, and customers, ensuring that initiatives and projects are executed in accordance with established standards, timelines, and expectations.
Identifies opportunities for service improvement and innovation, fostering a customer-centric culture and driving continuous enhancement of technology offerings.
Prepares and maintains capacity, performance, and project status reports, ensuring accurate documentation and consistent repository management in compliance with organizational standards.
Delivers training and promotes best practices for the effective use of development tools, methodologies, and technical resources across teams.
Must comply fully and consistently with all company policies and procedures, with local and federal laws as well as with the regulations applicable to our Industry, to maintain appropriate business and employment practices.
May carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned, according to the requirements of education and experience contained in this document.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field. At least five (5) years of experience in CRM systems, information system development, programming, or role-related tasks.

Certifications / Licenses: N/A

Other: Proficient in at least three (3) of the following languages: C#, SQL Server Integration Services, NET Frameworks, COBOL, or DB2. Advanced knowledge in Microsoft SharePoint platforms, software for portal development, and technologies such as .NET, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, SQL Server, Web Services, XML, UI/UX, iSeries.

Languages:

Spanish – Intermediate (comprehensive, writing and verbal)

English – Intermediate (comprehensive, writing and verbal)
