The role ensures business continuity within Siemens Energy's Jundiaí operations unit in the Grid Technologies division. The main objective of an IT Business Partner is to provide digital consulting and project implementation to the local manufacturing business, building a bridge to core digital services. The role is divided into three core areas: Business Partnership & Account Management to engage local stakeholders, Project Delivery & Implementation to manage the adoption of digital solutions, and Digital Consulting to enable business digital transformation. She/He acts as an interface between local business processes and the central IT organization.
How You’ll Make An Impact
* Main contact person from Digital Services in Jundiaí focused in Switching Gears business unit
* Manage relationships with business users to capture requirements and challenges
* Translating business needs into technical specifications (demands) for digital projects
* Ensuring that local digital initiatives are aligned with the overarching strategy
* End-to-end management of IT projects, including installation and integration of required software
* Digital consulting on IT solutions and support in the development or procurement of solutions to close gaps
What You Bring
* University degree in information technology, computer science or related fields. Desirable MBA in Information Technology or Project Management
* Several years of professional experience in IT environment, project implementation or similar technology-oriented role
* Experience in a manufacturing, logistics, or operational environment is desirable
* Skills in project planning (Scrum and Waterfall), execution, change management, and process improvement
* Technical knowledge, analytical skills and knowledge of IT systems and networks
* Fluent in Portuguese and in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus
* Located in Brazil, São Paulo state. Desirable to live in Jundiai metropolitan region – hybrid work model (3 days at the office)
* Willingness to travel occasionally to other countries – like US, MX, DE
