Terumo Europe is seeking a Product Manager Peripheral Interventions to drive strategic marketing and product initiatives across our European Emerging Markets region. You’ll collaborate with regional sales teams and distributors, support product launches, and influence stakeholders across culturally rich and geopolitically complex markets.
Job Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing & Portfolio Management
1. Develop and execute regional marketing plans aligned with EMEA strategy
2. Support product launches, relaunches, and portfolio refreshes
3. Collaborate with distributors and sales teams to ensure product availability and demand forecasting
4. Engage with local stakeholders to support congresses, events, and training initiatives
Market Intelligence & Stakeholder Engagement
5. Maintain deep knowledge of market trends, competition, and clinical developments
6. Build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and rising stars
7. Monitor product registration, reimbursement, and tender processes
8. Support clinical programs and communicate outcomes effectively
Training & Enablement
9. Identify training needs and coordinate certification programs with the TIS Education Team
10. Provide product and technical support to internal and external stakeholders
11. Influence and motivate teams without direct reporting lines
Collaboration & Leadership
12. Foster a collaborative team spirit across diverse regions
13. Coach and provide feedback to Product Specialists and Sales teams
14. Act as a cultural ambassador, demonstrating humility and empathy across borders
Profile Description

Must-Haves:
15. Master’s degree in medical, paramedical, or other relevant field. Relevant experience and/or training will also be taken into account.
16. Strong knowledge of sales & marketing techniques
17. Excellent command of English; other languages (e.g., Russian) are a plus
18. High energy, proactive mindset, and strong organizational skills
19. Willingness and ability to travel internationally up to 60
20. Ideally located in the vicinity of an international airport
21. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across regions
