Title: Product Marketing Manager
You are responsible for all launch activities and value messaging of your product(s) and for identifying, developing and delivering sales tools that support interactions throughout the sales journey. You have a deep understanding of your products, end customers, persona, channel and target segments. You assure that product marketing activities and sales enablement tools support commercial objectives. You measure their effectiveness to demonstrate the success. You work with a cross-functional team of sales leaders, product managers and communications specialists to convey the value proposition and value messaging of your products.
1. You own product lifetime communications, from launch to End-of-life/End-of-service.
2. You develop, project, manage and implement innovative launch programs and enable the channel and regional teams (including key partners) to be successful.
3. You translate the value proposition into a clear value messaging
4. You have a deep understanding of the market segments (definition, problems, size, growth), the buyer persona’s and their needs.
5. You develop product collateral/tools, aligned closely with segment marketing and product managers, that communicate the product value proposition and value messaging to different stakeholders.
6. Work with sales to determine the sales support tools needed. Identify the most effective assets and manage the creation and accessibility of these assets.
7. You are responsible for correct presentation of our products on the website
8. You check and validate all materials with our Regulatory team
9. Measure enablement activities to quantify the impact and success of materials and the overall program.
10. You track the competition for insights (on marketing level)
11. You own the global product marketing plan for your products, aligned with the Field marketing plan.
12. You lead the monthly Solutions Comms
13. Manage and support regular internal and external sales communications.
