Located in Genval, just south of Brussels, you'll become an integral part of the Marketing Department at IMPS/The Smurfs, working under the guidance of the Marketing & Communications Manager. Responsibilities:- Coordinate internal and external events and communications. - Provide marketing inputs, data, and creative ideas to commercial departments.️- Support partners in launching products, projects, and campaigns. - Spread Smurfiness worldwide and increase awareness of The Smurfs.- Plan and coordinate B2B & B2C projects, ensuring deadlines are met. - Create compelling presentations and marketing materials. - Maintain B2B and B2C websites and manage CMS. - Produce and distribute monthly newsletters via Mailchimp.- Collaborate with social media agency to manage official Smurfs accounts. - Ensure consistency across all marketing channels. - Coordinate market research activities. - Manage CRM database. - Collaborate with various stakeholders to create outstanding communication assets. Profile & Skills:- Strong organizational skills with a knack for project planning and coordination. - Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, marketing, or relevant field. - You are just graduated or you have a first experience in commercial or marketing role. - Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite. - Experience with Microsoft Powerpoint and Excel. - Familiarity with Mailchimp, web CMS, and CRM systems. - Social media savvy, particularly with TikTok and Instagram. - Proactive, creative, and positive mindset. - Excellent time-management and problem-solving abilities. ⏰- Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in French and English. ️- Strong team player mentality. - Based in Belgium.
