GRTS is partnering with a leading European technology company at the forefront of wireless communication innovation. Recognised globally for delivering high-performance Distributed Antenna System (DAS) solutions, they specialise in ensuring strong, consistent wireless coverage in complex environments such as large commercial buildings, shopping malls, transport hubs, and other densely populated spaces where connectivity is often most challenging.
The business is entering a brand-new market segment for the first time and is poised for significant expansion—with major growth projected over the next three years. To support this next chapter, they are seeking an experienced and strategic Global Head of Sales to lead international commercial performance and scale their presence within the cellular ecosystem.
Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and scale a high‑performing global sales organisation
Foster a performance‑driven culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and results
Serve as the senior commercial leader guiding global revenue strategy
Define and execute the global sales strategy across all regions
Lead the company’s entry into a new market vertical, including GTM strategy, pricing, and positioning
Identify and capitalise on new opportunities within the cellular market—operators, integrators, and enterprise sectors
New Business Development
Build and strengthen strategic relationships with global carriers, technology partners, distributors, and enterprise clients
Develop tailored, large‑scale solutions for complex environments
Establish long‑term growth pipelines and forecast emerging market trends
Account Growth & Cross‑Selling
Maximise value within existing global accounts through cross‑selling and solution integration
Introduce new offerings to long‑standing clients, enhancing customer lifetime value
Drive retention through exceptional client engagement and partnership development
Executive Stakeholder Engagement
Report directly to the Global Vice President
Collaborate closely with the CEO, CTO, and senior leadership on strategic initiatives
Represent the commercial organisation in executive‑level discussions, product roadmap planning, and global expansion decisions
What We're Looking For
Experience & Background
Extensive experience leading international sales teams in wireless communications, cellular networks, DAS, or connectivity solutions
Proven success driving global commercial growth and delivering revenue targets
Strong understanding of the cellular marketplace (e.g., carrier networks, integrators, large‑scale wireless infrastructure)
Experience managing multi‑region teams and scaling sales operations globally
Solid track record in developing high‑value partnerships and winning complex enterprise deals
Leadership & Impact
Strategic thinker capable of shaping and executing global sales strategy
Influential leader who inspires teams across multiple regions
Comfortable operating at both executive level and hands‑on commercial execution
Analytical mindset with strong forecasting and planning capabilities
