Key Responsibilities Facilities & Operations Management Manage relationships with local vendors (cleaning services, maintenance, IT support, air conditioning, and security). Oversee procurement and inventory of office supplies, pantry items (coffee, snacks), and hygiene products. Ensure the office layout and common areas are functional, organized, and professionally maintained. Act as the primary point of contact for the building administration (condominium). Administrative & Financial Support Manage the local office budget, tracking expenses and processing invoices in coordination with the Finance department. Handle incoming/outgoing mail, courier services, and greet visitors or clients. Provide occasional logistical support for leadership (meeting room bookings, travel arrangements, and expense reports). Human Resources & Employee Experience Assist with the onboarding process for new hires (setting up workstations, coordinating welcome kits, and access badges). Lead the organization of internal events, happy hours, and local celebrations to promote company culture. Serve as the go-to person for the 15 local team members regarding office-related inquiries. Safety & Compliance Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations (PPRA/PCMSO/Fire Brigade). Maintain office emergency protocols and serve as the local safety liaison.
