We are looking for a Mid-Level Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team in the North Zone of São Paulo (SP). This professional will be responsible for ensuring software quality through manual and automated testing activities, contributing to process improvements, and collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams throughout the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities
* Execute functional, regression, integration, and exploratory tests
* Create, review, and maintain detailed test cases and test plans
* Identify, document, prioritize, and track bugs and inconsistencies:li>
* Collaborate with developers, product managers, and operations teams to ensure software quality standards
* Support and contribute to the implementation and maintenance of automated tests
* Participate actively in agile ceremonies and QA process improvements
* Ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
* Assist in defining testing strategies and best practices
Qualifications
* Previous experience working in QA roles
* Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and QA best practices
* Experience with manual testing and feature validation
* Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
* Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into test scenarios
* Good communication and teamwork skills
Technical requirements
* Experience with test automation tools such as: WebdriverIO, Playwright, Selenium, Cypress
* Experience with automated testing concepts and implementation
* Knowledge of TypeScript
* Familiarity with API testing (REST)
* Experience using bug tracking and test management tools
Nice to have
* Experience with tools such as JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr, and qTest
* Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
* Experience testing web and mobile applications
* Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
* Basic knowledge of SQL and database validation
