This Payroll Officer role has it all.On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced Payroll Officer to strengthen their HR team.You will join a solid and professional organization that combines stability with a modern, people-focused culture, where teamwork, continuous development, and employee well-being are at the heart of the company's values.As Payroll Officer, you will be a key player in ensuring the smooth and accurate management of payroll and personnel administration. You will work in a motivated and collaborative team, while reporting directly to the Payroll Manager. This role offers both autonomy and the support of experienced colleagues.Managing and verifying payroll and administrative data with precision.Calculating and processing salaries, bonuses, and benefits.Monitoring attendance, absences, and working time requests.Drafting and handling official social documents.Acting as a trusted point of contact for employees and HR Business Partners.Preparing reports and ensuring compliance with social legislation.Bachelor's degree (Human Resources, Accounting, …) or equivalent experience.Minimum 5 years of proven experience in payrollFluent in French and Dutch (spoken and written).Solid knowledge of social legislation and its practical applications.Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).A detail-oriented, analytical, and organized mindset combined with a strong service orientation.A dynamic role with real responsibilities and impact.A competitive salary package complemented by attractive extra-legal benefits.Flexibility to work several days per week from home.Continuous training programs to support both your professional and personal growth.A modern, stimulating work environment with a welcoming and supportive team.Long-term career development opportunities in a solid and growing organization.
