Weâre on a mission to make sure no one has to compromise on their bras ever again, join us!
đ ABOUT CURVECATCH
CurveCatch is a Belgian venture-backed startup revolutionising the way people shop for intimate apparel. Weâre a bra shopping companion that uses AI to help shoppers find the perfect bra. We offer a home-try-on service where shoppers fill out a questionnaire and get 8 items across brands to try on at home. We started from the local specialty shops of founder Kimiaâs parents during Covid. Since then, weâre a team of 10, have raised over âŹ1.5 million in funding from strategic angels, accelerator XX in San Francisco and a grant from Y Combinator. We're now a 7-figure business. Never thought your next adventure would be in the lingerie sector? Stick around and find out!
đ WHAT WILL YOU DO?
As our first dedicated marketeer, you'll own our B2C marketing funnel end-to-end, with a strong focus on performance marketing and data-driven growth. Your goal is to accelerate our customer acquisition sustainably. Youâll have âside kicksâ that can help you with repetitive executional tasks but be ready to get your hands dirty as well. Key responsibilities include:
* Run and scale multi-channel growth: Own IG, TikTok & Pinterest organic; plan shoots; ship creator content; reply/engage with the community; keep a consistent weekly cadence.
* Performance marketing: Launch, optimise and A/B test ads (Meta/TikTok/Google). Spin up fresh creative from shoots and UGC; iterate fast on winners.
* Influencer & affiliate engine: Maintain recurring deals with existing creators, source new ones, negotiate terms, coordinate briefs, track performance; set up and manage affiliate program. Youâll work our Marketing Assistent Sanne on this.
* Lifecycle & content: Send a monthly newsletter; design segmented pre- and post-purchase flows; publish blogs; manage our referral program.
* Webflow & landing pages: Build new LPs for campaigns; improve speed, copy and sections; ship experiments that lift CVR.
* Tracking & reporting: Set up dashboards (GA4, Posthog); deliver weekly actual-vs-target and quarterly plan; translate insight â next test.
* Campaign ops: Prepare a light quarterly marketing strategy; run one âshoutâ event per quarter and one smaller âsingâ campaign per month.
(You'll focus ~30 hours/week on execution (both optimisation and creation of new things) and project management, leaving room for strategic thinking, exploring new growth levers, learning, and collaboration across the company).
đ WHY IS YOUR ROLE CRUCIAL FOR US?
We already get love notes from our customers and your work will directly fuel our growth while keeping customers delighted. You'll enable us to scale faster and more efficiently.
Your success means CurveCatch can continue its rapid growth trajectory, solidifying our B2C base while paving the way for future B2B expansion. This role holds the potential to evolve into Head of Marketing and even CMO as we scale.
đ ABOUT THE TEAM
Just like a great bra drawer, our team is diverse and everyone contributes to the same mission of making it easy and fun for everyone to find bras they love!
We're currently a team of 10, and we plan to add 2 new crew members by the end of the year. We primarily work in a hybrid model, gathering one to two days per week in our office in Antwerp.
* Kimia (co-founder & CEO): Our growth & finance lead, the push-up bra of the team â an eternal dreamer and optimist driving us forward. (You'll work closely with Kimia, from whom youâll be taking over marketing responsibilities and work closely with as sheâs very experienced in ads from working at Google for 5 years).
* Nils (co-founder & CTO): Our software & recommender systems guru, the spacer bra â the experimenter and brain behind our innovations. (You'll collaborate on data access).
* Lore (Operations Manager): Our process & onboarding expert, the balcony bra â keeping us all tightly together. (You will coordinate on campaign logistics).
* Flavio (Product Designer): Our heartshaped bra, working every day to make customers love our journey more and more. (You will work together on analysing results)
* Sanne (Marketing assistent & Lingerie guide): Your personal push-up bra and amazing sidekick finding new influencers, closing deals and supporting you to create amazing marketing events.
* Denis & Andrei (Engineering): Our seamless braâs, making complex engineering and algorithms look simple.
* Veerle, Marjolein, Kelly and Eden (Lingerie Guides & CS): Our frontline experts providing incredible support. (You'll coordinate with them on social engagement/community).
* You! You'll be the strategic and execution engine for our marketing, potentially our future CMO. You'll work closely with everyone and guide marketing 'sidekicks' (freelancers/students) for repetitive tasks.

* Prioritisation beast â focuses on the highest-impact experiments.

* You prefer highly structured environments with established processes for everything. We're building the rocket while flying it!
* You're looking for a pure management role. This role is hands-on and execution-heavy first, with leadership potential as we scale.

* đ Catch the day, every day: A lot can happen in a day. We believe in acting fast and keep moving forward. If we keep catching the day, every day, we grow as fast as possible while enjoying the journey as a team.
* đ Brain, Belly, Blast Off: We love data that fuels our brains, but also believe in our belly gut feeling (which we feed with Indian food). We wonât let the lack of data paralyze us and this is where our logical reasoning kicks in. The reason we can trust our bellies too, is because weâre super close to end consumers.
* đ€ Come as you are, contribute your spark: We value every voice as we tackle every curve together. Bring your authentic self â everyone belongs and actively contributes: improve things, speak up, share your ideas! We value every voice as we tackle every curve together.

* Take-home assignment + debrief meeting (2 hours): Weâll send you a practical assignment relevant to the role's core skills for you to complete at your convenience and then you have a short call about it with your hiring manager (Kimia in this case).
* Team fit interviews (2 hours, In-Person): If the assignment aligns well, we'll invite you for the final interview stage. This involves meeting key team members and having a more extensive conversation with your manager.
