The Key Account Manager will have the following responsibilities :
1. Responsible for drawing up and optimizing account plans, taking into account market developments, competitive relationships, new products and the various market segments
2. Representing the company in sales activities and look for opportunities in the different market segments to build and expand customer relationships
3. Visiting existing and potential customers where you analyze customer needs and wishes and where you advise and motivate tailor-made solutions
4. Monitoring the contract agreements made with the customers and adjust where necessary
5. Working closely with colleagues from other divisions (R&D, quality, supply chain)
6. At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
7. Degree in food technology is a big plus
8. You have already worked with distributors
9. You have an understanding of production processes
10. You are fluent in French and Dutch
