Your role will involve providing high-quality support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience in the financial sector.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary contact for customers, addressing inquiries related to banking products and services via phone, email, and chat.Ensure clear and professional communication in Dutch.Assist customers with account-related queries, transactions, and general banking support.Stay up to date with financial regulations and compliance standards.Build and maintain strong relationships by delivering exceptional service.Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices.Qualifications and Requirements:Fluent in Dutch (from The Netherlands) to effectively engage with customers.Good level of French or English to communicate internallyHigh School DiplomaStrong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.Prior experience in customer service, banking, or finance is a plus, but a proactive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.What We Offer:6-month contract with the possibility of a permanent contract.A gross monthly salary between €2,300 and €2,400, including a 13th-month salary, eco-vouchers, and public transport cost coverage.Ongoing training and development opportunities in the financial sector.A dynamic and inclusive work environment in the heart of Brussels.FSMA certification fully covered by the company, ensuring you meet regulatory standards for the banking sector.How to Apply:Interested in launching your career in banking while delivering top-tier customer service?
