The Senior Key Account manahger will be in charge of developping and implementing the sales strategy for the client Colruy, on all food categories. He will further develop the customer relationship and to build strong commercial plans to drive long-term growth.It includes:

Lead the delivery of yearly sales objectives across core KPIs - including volume, net sales, market share and operating profit - within the Food categories portfolio.

Convert retailer strategies and market insights into practical, growth-oriented commercial plans for the business.

Negotiate and roll out customer development agreements aligned with the company's overarching commercial priorities.

Work hand-in-hand with the Colruyt Group and internal teams to spot opportunities and turn them into growth through strong execution of innovations, activations and perfect store programs.

Steer the effective use of trade budgets, driving continuous improvement in return on all trade investments.
*
Collaborate closely with Category Management, Shopper Marketing, Sales Finance, Net Revenue Management and Supply Chain to guarantee flawless implementation.
* Master in Business engineering or Economics
* 7-10 years of experience in a similar position
* Proven experience in key account management within the FMCG sector
* Strong understanding of customer dynamics and strategic business
* Excellent negotiation, communication
* Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach
* Proficiency in data analysis and translating insights into actionable business
* Fluent in French, English and Dutch
