We are looking for Senior Consultants in our Public Service practice, focusing on the advisory and delivery of complex new IT related projects for public sector organisations.
The PS practice, part of our Strategy & Consulting entity, helps public sector organisations such as EU and Belgian governmental institutions to embrace innovation and transform fast, enabling them to operate smarter, achieve more and deliver improved services for citizens. PS is a welcoming community which performs both sales and delivery-related tasks for our business and our clients.
Your job
As a Senior Consultant, you will work on challenging projects at the intersection of business and IT for public sector organisations such as EU and Belgian governmental institutions. In driven teams, you will develop innovative solutions that help them become ‘high-performance’ organizations. Typical short-term projects entail advising on AI, cloud, or IT strategy. Longer projects allow you to contribute to the implementation of large-scale IT systems with wide-reaching impact within the European Union.
You will work with cutting edge technology, or you will smartly apply proven technologies. In addition, you will have the knowledge and expertise of our global network at your disposal. You will join a team of talented consultants and will operate from our brand-new office in Brussels or the office of the customer.

Your background
* 3 years of relevant experience in consulting, on a similar role
* University Master’s degree preferably in computer science, engineering, information technology or related field
* Professional proficiency in English, and either French or Dutch
* EU-Citizenship (in order to work on projects for public sector organizations)
* Analytical and commercial mindset and ability to shape and story-tell client value propositions
* Quick-learner, able to think outside of the box and to reinvent him/herself
* Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
* Passion for maximizing the business value of IT
