We are looking for a Software QMS Specialist to design and implement a comprehensive Software Quality Management System (QMS) from scratch. This strategic role focuses on process excellence, compliance, and building a culture of quality across the organization.
What You’ll Do
* Develop and implement an internal software QMS aligned with leading standards such as GAMP5, ALCOA+, the V-model, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and 21 CFR Part 11.
* Create FAT/SAT protocols, internal procedures, and audit-ready documentation templates for consistent quality practices.
* Train and support teams to ensure smooth adoption and compliance across all projects.
* Collaborate with key stakeholders and report to senior leadership on progress and quality initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
* Background in regulated industries (e.g., pharma, chemicals, petrochemicals, food & beverages).
* Strong knowledge of quality standards and compliance frameworks for software.
