As a Legal Advisor, you are responsible for the implementation and compliance of routine legal matters and supports the General Counsel across a broad range of legal activities.ResponsibilitiesYou act as the first point of contact for legal matters relating to the company’s activities and refer enquiries to the appropriate colleagues in the legal department.You draft, review, and support the negotiation of standard agreements, including: IP-related agreements, commercial agreements and general business agreements.You maintain and update contract templates.
