Enterprise Architect – Core Business Capabilities Squad
Euroclear – a leading post‑trade financial market infrastructure – invites applications for its Enterprise Architecture division. The role focuses on managing the architecture for Core Business Capabilities such as Settlement and Collateral.
Role
You will be part of a multidisciplinary group of architects responsible for defining enterprise architecture directions, standards, investment plans, and tooling to support the business units’ strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Enable strategy: analyze business and technology trends, identify gaps, and propose forward‑thinking solutions.
Deliver target and transition architectures for core services and articulate the strategic objectives and drivers.
Guide implementation: monitor application landscape evolution, manage technical debt, and ensure alignment with roadmaps.
Support delivery: define architecture standards, reference patterns, principles, and guardrails.
Advise stakeholders: provide expert guidance on strategy, delivery, and transformation.
Grow the practice: contribute to continuous improvement of architecture services.
Candidate Profile
Degree in business, IT, engineering, or equivalent experience.
Experience in enterprise and solution architecture, software development, business analysis, or related areas.
Knowledge of business & technology operating models, strategic planning, agile frameworks, and IT service delivery.
Familiarity with cloud, event‑driven systems, data management, and application integration.
Experience with digital transformation, platform integration, and aligning IT with business strategies.
Clear, respectful communicator who collaborates effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Motivated, thoughtful, and focused on meaningful outcomes.
Fluent in English.
Experience in capital markets, legacy modernization, TOGAF certification, or architectural frameworks is a plus.
