Are you a finance professional with a passion for driving cost efficiency and strategic insights? At 3B, we're looking for a Cost Controller to partner with our plant leadership in Battice, optimise manufacturing costs, and lead financial performance improvements.
Your responsibilities
Monitor direct and period costs, update standard product costing, and lead monthly closings, budgeting & forecasting.
Analyze financial trends, productivity, and cost drivers to support plant targets.
Serve as the SAP costing system expert and drive process improvements.
Partner with plant management to provide actionable financial insights.
Ensure compliance, coordinate audits, and lead cost optimisation initiatives.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
3+ years in cost controlling or industrial finance
Strong analytical skills, SAP & advanced Excel knowledge
Fluent in English & French
Proactive, solution-oriented, with excellent communication skills
