The Successful Applicant
* Experience in recruitment, in-house or agency
* Fluent in Dutch and English
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proactive, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
* Familiar with LinkedIn Recruiter and digital sourcing tools
