What you will do
* Translate marketing and communication needs into clear AI and data use cases
* Gather, structure, and document business requirements, objectives, and success criteria
* Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and data scientists
* Analyze and explore new data sources to support predictive modeling
* Monitor usage, performance, and business value of AI-driven data products
* Support AI governance processes, including documentation, validation, and explainability
* Increase adoption of predictive models through clear insights and stakeholder enablement
What you bring
* 5+ years' experience in AI, data, or advanced analytics environments
* Strong background in translating business needs into AI/data solutions
* Hands-on experience with Python and SQL for data analysis
* Solid understanding of statistics, experimentation, and A/B testing
* Familiarity with data pipelines, ML lifecycle, and MLOps concepts
* Experience working with GDPR and data governance frameworks
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
