It involves keeping stakeholders informed and engaged, lifting project management standards, championing continuous improvement, and anticipating risks before they escalate. Key responsibilities include: Shaping project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria together with business stakeholders. Creating and steering detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations Partnering with 1–2 project managers to streamline priorities and ensure consistent coordination across initiatives. Coordinating cross-functional teams (internal and external) and managing third-party vendors. Driving project meetings, reporting progress, and maintaining transparent communication with stakeholders. Identifying risks early, developing mitigation strategies, and ensuring compliance with security and regulatory requirements. Overseeing change requests, testing, and quality assurance to ensure solutions meet user needs. Organising training, change management activities, and smooth handovers to support adoption and operational readiness. Contributing to budgeting and forecasting processes for IT projects. Ensuring alignment with company policies, sustainability goals, and data privacy standards. Your ingredients: You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or similar. You have 3–5 years’ experience managing IT/digital projects, ideally in FMCG or manufacturing. You have a proven track record of successful delivered software-driven projects. You are experienced in collaborating with and guiding project teams; experience as a line manager is a plus. You are familiar with agile and waterfall project management methods You possess strong skills in Microsoft Office and modern project tools (e.g., Jira) You have experience with ERP systems (e.g., Business Central) and data integration tools You speak Dutch and English fluetly; French is an asset. You are analytical and solution-oriented: you can break down complexity and translate it into clear, actionable steps. You are a strong communicator and connector: skilled at aligning stakeholders and fostering effective collaboration. You are organized and execution-driven, with a sharp focus on priorities, timelines, and quality delivery. You are people-focused and strategic, supporting colleagues’ growth while keeping the broader business value and direction in sight.
