Our client is looking for a hands-on Sales Team Leader to drive performance and coach a team of Account Managers in a fast-paced B2B environment. This role combines strong people leadership with a sharp commercial mindset in a demanding direct sales context. In Belgium, the company has a strong entrepreneurial spirit, focusing on direct sales of professional products and solutions to end users (B2B construction companies).
