This is a pivotal leadership role within our RD organization, designed for someone who can bridge the gap between complex engineering and market-winning consumer products. /p pAs the primary technical voice for these regions, you will define how our technology is perceived by the market, ensuring every product claim is backed by rigorous data and every innovation is driven by real-world consumer needs. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liOwn the technical product roadmap for EA and Asia, ensuring global platforms are optimized for regional market demands and regulatory standards. /li liAct as the lead RD consultant to the Regional Commercial Leadership team, shaping the future portfolio and innovation priorities. /li liRepresent regional interests in global governance forums, influencing long-term technology platforms and communication frameworks. /li liLead the integration of consumer behavior data into technical product design and performance benchmarks. /li liArchitect the regional strategy for competitor benchmarking and trend analysis (electronics, energy systems, and sustainability). /li liOversee the regional claims substantiation process, ensuring scientific rigor and consumer-facing relevance for all product launches. /li liTranslate innovation milestones into high-impact technical narratives for global stakeholders. /li liLead and mentor a geographically dispersed team of managers and specialists, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous learning. /li liServe as the strategic integrator between Manufacturing, RD, Supply Chain, and Marketing. /li /ul h3Who You Are /h3 ul liMaster’s or PhD in Chemical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering (or a related technical discipline). /li li10+ years of progressive experience in RD, Product Management, or Technical Insights, preferably within CPG or Consumer Electronics. /li liExtensive experience leading managers and managing complex, multi-market innovation programs. /li liYou excel at "translating" deep technical data into clear, actionable business strategies for non-technical senior executives. /li liComfortable navigating matrixed organizations and multicultural environments. /li liReady for international travel (approx. 20-25%). /li /ul pEMEA Recruitment is committed to promoting Equity, Diversity and Inclusion in the workplace.
