Our team consists of a dedicated core of in-house consultants, complemented by a strong network of freelance experts, totaling more than 160 professionals across key business domains: Invest Payments Credits Insurance Data Risk & Compliance.

Rôles & Responsabilités
1. Takes care of requirements gathering & analysis: ensure a deep and thorough understanding of the business needs and pain points to resolve;
2. Is in charge of the stakeholder engagement linked to the projects within her / his scope and ensures alignment around the progress, timelines and objectives to be reached;
3. Searches for the most effective and achievable solutions to the business needs under investigation, and provides support and expertise in the delivery phase of the digital solutions;
4. Supports the testing phase with business requirement clarification, creates presentation materials for change management purposes and leads the closure of incidents in collaboration with Functional Analysts and developers;
5. Works closely with the Channel Manager, Marketing/ Product management and with the Process team in order to align digital solutions to the overall strategy and objectives for the Banking Channels;
6. Takes the lead in specific studies related to the scope under responsibility, including preparation of documentation for Management Teams, Initiative Boards and Product Boards, preparation of mock ups, concept designs and definition of MVP (minimum viable product)
7. In project mode, collects, analyses and translates business requirements into detailed business specifications for IT, taking into account a user centric, collaborative and agile way of working

8. Dutch & French (strong written and spoken communication skills in one language with a good understanding of the other), English (main language spoken in the team, strong written and spoken communication skills).
9. Requirements gathering & analysis, incl. documentation, OKR definition, Customer Journey Mapping and User Story slicing
10. BPMN
11. Data analysis using Excel, Business Objects or other market leading tools
12. Stakeholder Engagement, incl. stakeholder mapping, active listening, communication skills (written & presentation)
13. Project management skills, incl. agile methodologies
14. Problem solving & critical thinking, eg. ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis, root cause analysis, SWOT analysis, etc.
15. Experience working on digital transformation projects in a consulting/client facing environment
16. Use of collaborative tools, such as digital whiteboards and Sharepoint.
17. Understanding of delivery frameworks and methodologies (Prince 2/PMP/, Agile Scrum)
