Overview
As Client Growth & AI Insights Director, you’ll enable sales success (e.g. pilot studies), drive customer success (e.g. adoption, engagement …), shape transformative research solutions, and amplify Conveo’s impact across the industry. This is a role for someone who wants ownership, thrives on both strategy and hands-on execution, and has the energy to help build something game-changing.
What you bring to the table
* 5 to 10 years of experience in market research and insights (client or agency-side).
* Strong and rigorous research and insights skills (qualitative expertise a plus).
* Curiosity about AI and eagerness to apply it in the insights space.
* Commercial acumen to spot and act on growth opportunities.
* Outstanding communication skills; clear, credible, and inspiring.
* A creative yet analytical problem-solver.
* A self-starter with a hands-on, let’s-make-it-happen mentality.
* The grit, drive, and passion to go beyond the ordinary.
Responsibilities
* Customer Growth – “Wow clients”
o Run strategic pilots for clients to help close contracts.
o Onboard and train clients to unlock the full potential of Conveo’s technology.
o Build lasting client relationships to drive platform adoption and loyalty.
o Gather feedback to strengthen both our platform and partnerships.
* Collaborate & Build – “Shape the future”
o Bridge client needs and our product roadmap by collaborating with our engineering team.
o Craft tailored AI research approaches that solve real problems.
* Marketing & Thought Leadership – “Inspire the industry”
o Create standout case studies, blogs, and white-papers that showcase how Conveo creates impact.
o Represent Conveo at events, webinars, and conferences to grow our reputation.
o Boost our presence on social media and beyond.
