About Our Client
Our client is a leading company in Retail undergoing an ERP implementation to optimize its warehouse processes.
Job Description
* Oversee and support the warehouse team during the ERP implementation (Microsoft Business Central).
* Assist the Warehouse Manager and their assistant with day‑to‑day operational tasks.
* Coordinate ERP process alignment and ensure smooth integration into warehouse workflows.
* Organise and deliver training sessions for approximately 10 warehouse staff (blue‑collar workers).
* Act as a key point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving issues during the transition phase.
The Successful Applicant
* Proven experience in warehouse operations and ERP implementation projects.
* Strong understanding of Microsoft Business Central or similar ERP systems.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills to manage change and train teams effectively.
* Ability to work under pressure and support staff during a high‑stress transition period.
* Hands‑on, pragmatic approach with experience in manual warehouse processes.
