Job Overview:
We are looking for an accomplished and forward-thinking Director of Food and Beverage to lead the strategic and operational functions of the entire F&B division. In this position, you will oversee the performance and excellence of all food and beverage outlets including restaurants, bars, lounges, in-room dining, banquets, and catering services.
You will be tasked with driving innovation, operational efficiency, and team engagement while upholding the highest standards of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide overall direction, leadership, and management to all food and beverage operations within the property.
* Develop and implement business strategies aligned with the hotel's goals, brand standards, and guest expectations.
* Drive guest satisfaction by ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality food, beverage, and service experiences across all venues.
* Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to maximize profitability and minimize costs.
* Analyze outlet performance and implement initiatives to enhance revenue streams, control costs, and improve operational productivity.
* Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef and culinary team to ensure quality, creativity, and consistency in all menus and offerings.
* Oversee all banquet and event operations, ensuring seamless execution and personalized guest experiences.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement, service excellence, and accountability.
* Monitor and ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, health, and licensing requirements.
* Recruit, train, mentor, and retain top talent across the F&B department, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
* Champion sustainability and waste-reduction practices where applicable.
* Maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to keep the F&B offering competitive and relevant.
Candidate Profile:
Education & Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field; advanced certifications are an advantage.
* Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive F&B experience, with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role within luxury hospitality.
* Previous experience in pre-opening or repositioning projects is highly desirable.
