For one of our clients in the Brussels region, we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst / Business Specialist with a strong business mindset and excellent communication skills.

You will work in a business-driven environment (not embedded in a Scrum team) and act as a crucial link between stakeholders, processes, and IT solutions.

* You have minimum 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Specialist.
* You have strong experience working close to business stakeholders (not IT-driven environments).
* You are professionally bilingual in Dutch and French (both spoken and written).
* You have experience in complex organizations and stakeholder management.
* You have strong analytical skills and can translate needs into clear functional analyses.
* You are able to work both autonomously and collaboratively.
* You have experience influencing stakeholders and driving decisions.
* You are proactive, structured, and result-oriented.
* Knowledge of healthcare, mutualities, RIZIV or insurance domain is a strong plus.
* Experience with data-driven environments is a plus.
