Context & Mission
We are looking for an experienced Data Product Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of end-to-end data products within a complex business environment.
In this role, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that data solutions are scalable, reliable, and aligned with business priorities. The goal is to deliver high-quality, reusable, and analytics-ready data assets that enable data-driven decision-making and support ongoing transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and manage the data product lifecycle, from requirements definition to delivery and adoption
* Define data requirements including granularity, latency, transformation logic, and quality standards
* Translate business needs into structured data specifications and product backlogs
* Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to deliver data pipelines and consumption layers
* Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance compliance across data products
* Align with stakeholders across data, analytics, and business domains
* Promote data product adoption and track value delivered to the organization
* Drive continuous improvement of data products and related processes
Required Skills & Experience
* 5+ years of experience in data product management, data analytics, or data engineering
* Strong understanding of data pipelines, data modeling, and data lifecycle management
* Experience with data governance, quality frameworks, and data lineage concepts
* Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams (engineering, architecture, analytics, business)
* Experience managing backlogs and delivery in Agile environments
* Ability to translate complex business problems into clear data requirements
