ICT Risk Manager (Dutch & French Speaking)
Location: Brussels Hybrid/On-Site
12-Month Rolling Contract
We’re looking for a proactive and detail oriented ICT Risk Manager who can fluently communicate in both Dutch and French.
In this role, you’ll be the key point of contact for identifying and following up on ICT risks, ensuring timely resolution, and coordinating with various stakeholders to strengthen our risk posture.
What You’ll Do
* Monitor and manage ICT risk-related activities daily through dedicated platforms and mailboxes.
* Prioritize and track unresolved or high-impact risks, following up with risk owners when updates are delayed.
* Document and communicate status updates clearly, maintaining full transparency via email.
* Attend and contribute to weekly internal meetings and a monthly Microsoft security update session, preparing insights and questions in advance.
* Collaborate closely with technical and business teams to assess and address risks effectively.
Your Core Responsibilities
* Shape and implement risk management policies in line with ISO27K and NIS2 standards.
* Contribute to compliance efforts and oversee mitigation planning, including basic budget assessments.
* Translate complex technical risks into clear, actionable reports for business leaders.
* Stay informed on emerging security threats and integrate them into annual risk updates.
* Work cross functionally with departments to align technical risk insights with business priorities.
Your Profile
* You speak Dutch and French fluently, both written and spoken.
* Experience in ICT risk or security management is a strong asset.
* Comfortable navigating risk tools and collaborating across diverse teams.
* Strong communication skills able to engage both technical staff and non technical stakeholders.
* Knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure, M365), networking, endpoint management, or IAM is a plus, but not required.
