Speicified seeking a highly motivated Engineering Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise and analytical skills to provide innovative solutions for our clients across various sectors. You will work closely with clients to understand their challenges, develop tailored strategies, and support the implementation of engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and implement automated systems and controls for manufacturing processes.
* Program and configure PLCs, HMI interfaces, and SCADA systems.
* Maintain and troubleshoot existing automation systems to ensure optimal performance.
* Conduct feasibility analyses and cost estimates for automation projects.
* Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system specifications, user manuals, and training materials.
Qualifications:
* Master's degree in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
* Bachelor's degree in Automation combined with notable experience.
* 2-3 years of experience in automation engineering or a similar role.
* Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, C++, ladder logic) and automation software.
* Strong understanding of control systems, robotics, and industrial networking.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Recruitment process
The process starts with a phone interview, where we will conclude some basic information. Afterwards you will be invited to have a meeting with both of the Managing partners (this can be one or 2 meetings). As we are a startup we prefer to have at least 1 meeting in person to make sure we are a good fit Afterwards a contract can be proposed.
