Our headquarters are based in Ghent, deliberately.From Ghent, we are closely connected to a strong AI startup ecosystem and to investors and scale-ups (e.g. via Miles Ahead). This position allows us to combine strategic depth with a sharp understanding of what is technologically and organizationally feasible, without becoming a technology vendor ourselves.
The roleAs a Strategy Consultant (Manager), you act as engagement lead on strategic data & AI transformation programs. You carry end-to-end responsibility for your engagements and play an active role in shaping the future of Madison Partners.
You will:lead strategy workshops with executive teams and senior leadershipassess how data & AI impact business models, operating models and decision-makingtranslate strategic ambitions into clear choices, priorities and roadmapssafeguard focus, quality and strategic coherence across engagementsprovide content leadership to consultants on projectsact as a trusted sparring partner to clients during transformation and changeactively contribute to business development, together with the partners: shaping propositions, deepening client relationships and identifying new opportunities
This role is explicitly designed as a long-term position, with a clear growth path toward Senior Manager and Partner for those who take ownership and contribute to building the firm.
Who we are looking forYou:have at least 5 years of experience in strategy or management consultingare comfortable working with senior executivescombine strong analytical skills with clear communication and compelling storytellingprimarily think in business and organizational terms, not in technologyunderstand data, analytics and AI concepts well enough to drive strategic decision-makingare looking for more ownership, impact and responsibility than typical consulting roles offerwant to help build a firm, not just deliver individual projects
Experience in one of our focus industries (Healthcare, Food Manufacturing, HR Services, or Insurance) is a strong plus.
This role is particularly well suited for consultants with experience at Tier-1 strategy firms (e.g. McKinsey, Bain, BCG or similar), who want to apply their strategic skillset in transformations that truly get implemented.
