Are you our new Business Analyst?
We are looking for a motivated Business Analyst to strengthen our team. As an organization focused on improving digital solutions for healthcare, we offer a unique opportunity to make a difference in a crucial sector for society.
Your responsibilities:
* Gather and document business information after consulting stakeholders.
* Analyze needs and bottlenecks from a business perspective, with a focus on pharmaceutical prescriptions.
* Develop use cases and process flows to optimize digital applications.
* Validate digital solutions in collaboration with developers in an agile environment.
* Write communication and training texts for end users in collaboration with the communication working group.
* Establish a network with business stakeholders to identify needs.
Your profile:
* At least a master's degree, preferably in the health field or a related area.
* At least 2 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in a regulated sector.
* Experience with digital flows in the healthcare sector and affinity with IT applications.
* Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with the ability to translate end-user insights into digital solutions.
* Excellent communication skills in Dutch, good understanding of French and English.
* Practical experience with agility.
