Visual Merchandising Manager at Primark
As a Visual Merchandising Manager, you ensure the store always looks inspiring and drives sales. You launch new campaigns, follow the latest fashion trends, and optimize product presentation. In addition, you train the team in Visual Merchandising and assist in recruiting new talent. With your creativity and insight, you exceed customer expectations!

What you do as a Visual Merchandising Manager:
As a Visual Merchandising Manager, you make people happy every day. Here’s what that looks like in practice:
* You work with the management team to create visual presentations that drive sales and exceed customer expectations.
* You are responsible for launching new campaigns and following the latest fashion trends.
* You conduct floor walks with managers to optimize product presentation.
* You train the team in Visual Merchandising techniques and principles.
* You assist in recruiting Visual Merchandisers within your store and region.
What we ask from you:
* You are an inspiring leader who motivates the team and builds enthusiasm to deliver excellent customer service and visual product presentation.
* Good written and spoken knowledge of Dutch
* Excellent creative skills to create inspiring visual product presentations and maximize sales.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build meaningful relationships and influence colleagues at all levels.
* Strategic mindset and organizational skills, with strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to plan work and set priorities.
* Thorough knowledge of fashion trends and commerce, and experience managing a Visual Merchandising team in a dynamic retail environment.
