Freelance Acquisition manager
* Identify, assess, and acquire new store locations in line with the national expansion strategy.
* Analyze real estate opportunities, prepare business cases (P&L, layout, parking, etc.), and present proposals internally.
* Lead negotiations with external partners on lease terms, pricing, and technical conditions.
* Act as the key interface between Real Estate, Legal, Finance, Construction, Logistics, and Store Operations.
* Build and manage strong external relationships with developers, investors, and public authorities.
* Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Economics, or Real Estate.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in retail real estate acquisition.
* Proven track record in negotiating lease contracts and managing real estate portfolios.
* Strong leadership and people management skills with a results-driven mindset.
* Fluent in English with excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities.
