As a Customer Success Manager your responsibilities are:
* Lead the implementation and onboarding of the SaaS platform at client organisations
* Serve as the main point of contact for customers, supporting them with functional questions and best practices
* Guide customers through testing, configuration, and optimisation of the solution
* Build long-term relationships with CFOs and finance stakeholders
* Ensure smooth adoption, usage, and customer satisfaction throughout the lifecycle
* Identify and develop upselling and cross-selling opportunities in collaboration with the sales team
* Provide structured customer feedback to internal teams to support product improvement
* Support the sales team during presales, demos, and customer handover when required
A successful Customer Success Manager should have:
* Master's degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field
* Fluent Dutch (spoken and written) and English, French is a big plus
* Strong communication skills, sales support driven, affinity with finance / saas is a plus
* Customer-oriented, structured, and comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders
* Analytical mindset combined with commercial awareness
