Head of VIP – Brazil
This company is seeking a senior VIP professional to lead the development of its high-value player strategy in Brazil. The role focuses on acquiring and retaining top-tier players, creating tailored experiences, and establishing a scalable VIP operation. Initially, this position will operate independently, with the possibility of building a dedicated team as the business grows.
Main Responsibilities:
* Design and implement a comprehensive strategy to attract and retain VIP players in Brazil
* Leverage an existing network of high-value players and industry contacts to generate immediate business
* Prospect new VIP clients through poker clubs, premium events, intermediaries, and digital channels
* Establish and manage partnerships with external VIP agents and affiliates
* Build a structured acquisition pipeline with clear monthly targets
* Manage a portfolio of VIP customers with highly personalized and proactive outreach
* Coordinate exclusive events, travel, hospitality, and customized rewards
* Collaborate with CRM teams to create segmentation strategies, dedicated campaigns, and churn prevention initiatives
* Define VIP tiers, qualification criteria, benefits, and betting limits
* Monitor performance against revenue goals and provide regular reporting to senior leadership
* Represent the company at poker tournaments, sporting events, and other strategic networking opportunities
* Recruit and lead a VIP team as the customer base expands
Desired experience:
* At least 3 to 5 years of experience in VIP Management within iGaming, sportsbook, online casino, land-based casinos, or other high-end customer-focused industries
* Demonstrated ability to transfer and activate an existing portfolio of high-value players; this is a critical requirement
* Strong network within São Paulo's poker and luxury entertainment communities
* Native-level Portuguese and advanced English are required; Spanish is considered a strong advantage but is not mandatory
* Hands-on experience in relationship management, customer acquisition, and retention strategies
* Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work toward aggressive commercial targets
* Previous experience with a leading sportsbook or casino operator is highly desirable, though not essential
