In this role you will be focusing on:Management & supportThe daily technical management in compliance with internal procedures and industry standards of fuel supply, storage and fuel quality Purchase and suppliers management Managing ad hoc projects (including proactively proposing improvement suggestions) Follow-up activities & administrationThe technical follow-up and maintenance of the fixed and mobile facilities The budget follow up of OPEX and CAPEX projects The fuel administration CoordinationThe coordination of investment projects handled by the engineering department to minimize interference with the operations Coordination of all kind of projects with the airport authorities, local authorities and other relevant stakeholders Meetings, reporting & researchParticipate in Airport operations meetings Ensure the timely and clear communication and reporting to the Airport Authority Conduct research and gather information on various topics Prepare reports and recommendations based on research findings Assist in data collection and analysis to support decision-making processes Your profile How the engaged candidate looks like?Punctual, accurate, flexible and independent Open to new challenges, willing to learn and take responsibilities Has a planned and proactive approach respecting agreed deadlines Is a real team player Supportive with clear communication & negotiation skills with stakeholders (contractors, government institutions, consultancy firms,..)
