As a Project Manager within a Project Management Consultant (PMC) team, your mission is to lead construction projects across all phases—from design through execution—ensuring quality, efficiency, and stakeholder alignment.
Mission
* You lead, coach, and coordinate a multidisciplinary team including architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
* You manage contractual agreements and budgets, ensuring financial control and handling deviations.
* You develop and maintain detailed schedules using tools like CPM and EVM, and provide regular progress reports.
* You ensure full compliance with technical standards, construction regulations, and safety guidelines.
* You oversee both design and execution phases, ensuring timely delivery aligned with scope and quality expectations.
* You act as the central point of communication between all stakeholders (owners, contractors, clients).
* You support BIM processes by participating in coordination meetings and presenting progress/clash reports.
* You apply and enforce project procedures based on Tractebel and client-specific requirements.
Profile
* You hold a Master's degree in Engineering and have at least 5 years of project management experience in building construction.
* You have valid VCA certification and BA4/BA5 electrical safety certifications.
* You possess strong knowledge of technical installations (MEP) within complex building projects.
* You have experience with commissioning processes (an asset).
* You are fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch or French is a plus.
* You are proficient with MS Office and ideally have experience with AutoCAD.
* You are familiar with BIM tools like Revit, Navisworks, or Stabicad (a plus).
* You are analytical, well-organized, and a strong communicator with a client-oriented mindset.
