Requirements:
* 7+ years of relevant IT professional experience, specifically with ERP solutions
* Proven track record in leading the identification and deployment of \"out-of-the-box\" ERP solutions (specifically Odoo) for large-scale, complex organisations
* Strong expertise in business process analysis and modeling using UML and BPMN
* Solid analytical capability with excellent drafting and reporting skills
* Proficiency with architectural tools, specifically Software AG ARIS
* Experience with the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence), GitHub, and ServiceNow
* Deep understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies (Kanban & Scrum)
* Familiarity with PM2 and PM2 Agile project management methodologies
* Ability to work and communicate effectively in a multilingual, international diplomatic environment

Job Description:
* Lead the identification and deployment of a global Odoo ERP solution to manage business needs across EEAS HQ and the EU Delegations network
* Manage the full scope of administrative modules, including HR, finance, contracts, logistics, real estate, and service vehicle fleet management
* Lead the preparation and elaboration of the architectural vision for the ERP landscape
* Conduct in-depth analysis of organisational structures, enterprise business processes, and the existing information systems portfolio
* Perform corporate data flow analysis and IS cost/benefit assessments
* Lead the ERP implementation team, providing technical expertise and strategic advice to all members
* Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure the solution aligns with diplomatic and administrative requirements
* Drive the evolution and enhancement of the architecture throughout the project lifecycle
