We’re seeking an experienced Freelance Project Manager to drive IT project delivery, focusing on ticketing vending machines. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to manage scope, timelines, and budgets, ensuring seamless implementation from planning to rollout.

🔧 Key Responsibilities
✔ Lead project delivery from start to finish.
✔ Define scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
✔ Develop and track KPIs to measure business value.
✔ Create full-scale project plans and communication documents.
✔ Draft and manage budgets, recommending adjustments as needed.
✔ Ensure deliverables meet schedule, scope, budget, and quality standards.
✔ Communicate expectations clearly to teams and stakeholders.
✔ Liaise with IT teams and diagnose risks, reporting to leads.
✔ Oversee scope definition and agreement with all parties.
✔ Serve as a key member of the delivery organization.
🎯 Ideal Candidate Profile
✅ 10+ years in project management (freelance/consulting preferred).
✅ Strong IT affinity, with mandatory experience in hardware & software projects.
✅ Project Methodology Certification (e.g., PM², PMBOK, Prince2) required; ITIL a plus.
✅ Knowledge of Agile/SAFe essentials considered an asset.
✅ Experience in public sector, e-commerce, or similar domains a plus.
✅ Demonstrated leadership, professionalism, respect, entrepreneurship, and cooperation.
✅ "Can do" attitude with strong time management and problem-solving skills.
✅ Ability to facilitate meetings, steer committees, and produce documentation for varied audiences.
✅ Fluent in Dutch, French, and English (C1 level).
