Our client is strengthening its Digital Workplace Factory within the Infrastructure & Operations department. The team manages and supports all end-user devices and their environments, including PCs, VDI, VMs, smartphones, and tablets. To support ongoing operational excellence, they are looking for a System Engineer with strong expertise in Windows and Intune.
Role Overview
As a System Engineer, you will ensure the deployment, configuration, and lifecycle management of Windows devices across the organization. You will work on device onboarding, performance optimization, troubleshooting, and documentation, while supporting teams across Wallonia.
Key Responsibilities
Install and configure Windows 10/11 devices
Deploy and manage devices through Intune, Autopilot, and WhiteGlove
Package and deploy simple Windows applications
Monitor device performance and ensure optimal operation
Maintain documentation, inventories, and KPI dashboards
Troubleshoot enrollment, configuration, and hardware issues
Provide on-site support across different Walloon sites
Technical Skills
Strong expertise in Windows 10/11
Advanced experience with Microsoft Intune and MDM solutions
PowerShell scripting (a strong advantage)
Knowledge of ISO 27001 and NIS security standards
Profile Requirements
Proven experience in large enterprise environments (2,000+ users)
Structured, detail-oriented, and able to follow established operational procedures
