We are currently looking for an administrative operational assistant for one of our institutional clients.
Responsibilities
• Ensure administration of the reimbursement costs for work related relocations, In accordance with staff rules and regulations,
• Support the team in executing activities linked to the administration of benefits and allowances (for new requests, renewals and terminations), ensuring that the necessary documentation is provided by the staff member on time and verifying the validity and consistency of the documentation.
• Work in close relation with and escalate files to the analysts if needed to ensure timely and accurate processing of the files.
• Maintain proper record of documentation and data quality in the systems.
• Update employee data (especially address, name and nationality changes) related to benefits, allowances and supplementary reimbursement in People Soft.
• Prepare non-standard administrative certificates (i.e. for tax authorities, any national authorities or schools).
• Execute other administrative tasks according to the Division needs and cooperate with other assistants to provide back-up as necessary.
Academic qualifications and professional skills
• Certified secondary level education
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience( !!!) as administrative assistant
