Demonstrable experience as a Communication Consultant
Higher education (Master or Bachelor)
Demonstrable experience with trends and developments in the (digital) communication market, content marketing and social media (Facebook, Twitter, ...)
Demonstrable experience in drafting and/or implementing (internal) communication plans
Demonstrable experience in copywriting corporate, marketing and/or product content
Language requirement: Dutch at European CEFR level C2.

Service: Communication (Marketing & Mobility Department)
Reporting: head Online (and further to Communications Manager)
Purpose of the position
Creating and publishing relevant content according to schedule on website, app, intranet and social media
Setting up, testing, executing and following up multistep campaigns in the CRM system
Monitoring and improving the data quality in CRM to achieve
Core tasks
Collecting, processing and checking data; Identifying and correcting errors
Editorial work for all digital channels and social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok...)
Building mailings and campaign flows in Selligent/Airship, testing against test lists and making adjustments
Automating and scheduling recurring campaigns
Analyzing campaign results and reporting
Supporting administrative tasks and on-call service
Collaboration and consultation
Internal: regular coordination with colleagues Communication and CRM experts
External: contact with suppliers and service providers for material, technical support and data quality
Responsibility impact
Correct execution prevents inefficiency, loss of image and traveller complaints
Timely problem dagger and anomaly reports are crucial for reliable service
