We are looking for a Product Owner to join our Client Experience division.
Your main tasks will be:
* Find growth opportunities
* Identify product bottlenecks and growth points using data, research, and common sense.
* Turn ideas into hypotheses
* Formulate clear, testable hypotheses and define what success looks like.
* Drive execution
* Work with engineers, designers, and analysts to bring ideas into production, fast and efficiently.
* Own delivery
* Manage requirements, priorities, and timelines to ensure smooth and predictable delivery.
* Analyze experiment results and product metrics to understand what worked and what didn’t.
* Use insights to iterate, optimize, and scale successful solutions.
We expect from you:
* Strong experience in B2C product management
* You know how to formulate hypotheses and define requirements
* You can drive delivery
* You know how to validate results and run experiments
* You’re comfortable with product research (qualitative & quantitative)
* You can work cross-functionally with designers, analysts, and engineers
* You understand product metrics and how to find growth opportunities
* Fluent Russian
