What You'll Do:
* Reconnect & Reactivate: Reach out to former customers and encourage them to start using our products again.
* Account Management: Build strong relationships with your clients, understand their goals, and act as their main point of contact.
* Strategic Growth: Develop and execute a clear plan to grow your business portfolio and maximize client investment.
* Revenue Expansion: Identify new opportunities with B2B clients in the marketing field and increase revenue in key product areas.
* Client Support: Provide tailored marketing recommendations, help clients turn goals into actionable strategies, and ensure long-term success.
* Communication: Engage with clients through email, phone, and online meetings, providing timely solutions and insights.
* Stay Ahead: Keep up to date on products, best practices, and industry standards.
* Performance Focus: Achieve quarterly sales targets and other KPIs while contributing to the team's success.
What We're Looking For:
* Strong understanding of sales strategies and the sales pipeline.
* Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
* Experience in sales, customer service, or outsourcing environments.
* Skilled in value-based selling in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge or experience in marketing is a plus.
* Ability to identify growth opportunities and drive customer investment.
* Excellent organizational skills, self-motivation, and discipline.
* Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM tools is a plus.
What We Offer:
* Salary: 2,444.46 EUR gross/month + 1,551.70 EUR quarterly performance bonus
* Hybrid work model: On-site Wednesday & Thursday, remote other days
* Working hours: Mon – Fri, 10:00 – 19:00
