Administrative Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting our
daily operations, ensuring smooth communication, and contributing
to the organization of events and activities. Your responsibilities
will include: Administrative & Operational Support - Managing
emails and phone calls - Scheduling meetings and maintaining
agendas - Preparing meeting rooms and materials Event &
Activity Organization - Assisting in planning and coordinating
internal and external events - Handling logistics and communication
related to activities Finance & Invoice Management - Liaising
with the finance department for invoice processing and follow-up
Jouw profiel You have experience in administrative support or a
similar role (internship is also good) You are fluent in Dutch or
French and have an excellent command of English You are organized,
detail-oriented, and proactive You enjoy a variety of tasks and
working in a fast-paced environment You are comfortable using
office tools (emails, calendars, spreadsheets, etc.) Voordelen van
