Workster is currently recruiting candidates for an international food delivery project supporting customers across European markets.
As a Customer Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat. You will assist customers with subscriptions, deliveries, and product-related questions, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
A key part of your role will be contacting inactive customers, understanding their needs, and encouraging them to re-engage with the service. You will identify issues, offer solutions, and promote suitable meal options tailored to customer preferences.
Responsibilities
* Act as the main point of contact for customers
* Conduct outbound calls to re-engage inactive users
* Support customers via email and chat
* Explain subscription plans, delivery schedules, and product details
* Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
* Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction
Working conditions
* Full-time (40 hours per week)
* Rotational shifts (Monday–Saturday)

Salary & Benefits
* Base salary: approx. 1055€ gross/month (without accommodation)
* Meal allowance: ~7€ per day

Total monthly package can reach around 1,700–1,780€ gross depending on accommodation option
