Your new company
You will be working for a well‑established organization in the Antwerp region, active in the insurance sector and strongly focused on digital transformation and high‑quality IT delivery. The environment is characterized by complex system landscapes, modernization initiatives, and a strong emphasis on reliable, well‑integrated solutions across both legacy and modern platforms. You will join a professional IT department that values collaboration, clear communication, and continuous improvement. The setup is hybrid, with a minimum of two days per week on‑site.
Your new role
As a Senior System Integration Tester, you will take ownership of integration testing activities within complex and cross‑functional projects. You will design, document, and execute system integration and end‑to‑end test scenarios across multiple internal applications and external systems. Your responsibilities include proactively identifying risks, analyzing and reporting test results, managing cross‑system test data, performing regression tests, and contributing to the definition and continuous improvement of the integration testing strategy. You will collaborate closely with developers, analysts, product owners, and test coordinators, while providing guidance and coaching to junior and medior testers.
Your profile
You have strong experience in system integration and end‑to‑end testing within complex IT environments, and you enjoy working in settings where analysis, collaboration, and structured testing are essential. You bring a sharp analytical mindset, solid technical understanding, and the ability to work confidently with teams across different domains.
Key competencies:
1. Extensive experience designing and executing system integration and E2E tests
2. Strong understanding of APIs, integration patterns, and cross‑system data flows
3. Ability to identify risks, analyze results, and follow up on issues in a structured way
4. Familiarity with common testing methods, tools, and Agile/DevOps ways of working
5. Skilled in managing test data, regression testing, and documenting clear test scenarios
6. Strong communication skills and a collaborative, proactive attitude
7. Fluent in Dutch or English; additional language knowledge is a plus
