The role will include strengthening project delivery on methodology, structuring, analysis, and stakeholder management. You will interact directly with senior HR leaders and supports the design of the HR Operating Model and end-to-end processes in a global transformation.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and co-facilitate design workshops (TOM, governance, process design).
* Consolidate and challenge HR process designs across all HR pillars.
* Produce consulting-level deliverables: synthesis, strategic recommendations, storyline.
* Define HR roles, responsibilities, governance and interaction models.
* Support the development of the HR transformation roadmap and change management approach.
* Interact with CHROs, HRBPs, SMEs with confidence and credibility.
* Supervise the junior/mid-level consultant and ensure the quality of deliverables.
* Ensure coherence between CPET and Fibers requirements.
Skills & Experience
* 6–10 years in HR Operating Model, HR Process Design, HRIS implementation or HR restructuring.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Strong capacity to interact with senior stakeholders.
* High proficiency in PowerPoint and structuring.
* Experience in global / multicultural environments.
This is a fully remote role with start date in January 2026.
